Our Mission
Josh Shuster brings over a decade of experience in the music industry to FullScale, beginning his journey as a songwriter and producer before expanding into artist and tour management. With a strong background in A&R, marketing, and branding, Josh offers a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to build a sustainable music career. He’s also a published, award-winning author of “Deconstructing Exploitative Illusions and Framing Emerging Alternatives in the Context of the Changing Music Industry,” a work that reflects his deep commitment to challenging outdated systems. Above all, Josh is a true music head and an unwavering advocate for both artist and human rights.
