Josh Shuster brings over a decade of experience in the music industry to FullScale, beginning his journey as a songwriter and producer before expanding into artist and tour management. With a strong background in marketing, social media, branding, and A&R, Josh offers a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to build a sustainable music career. As the award-winning author of Deconstructing Exploitative Illusions and Framing Emerging Alternatives in the Context of the Changing Music Industry, he has made it clear that his work is driven by a commitment to dismantling broken systems and shaping new models for the future. Above all, Josh is a true music head and an unwavering advocate for both artist and human rights.
